On December 2018, the 2018/19 ASEAN Science and Technology Fellowship from Cambodia, Dr. Kuok Fidero enacted a workshop and business pitching competition for the youth of Cambodia under the framework of ASEAN-JAIF Programme titled “Promoting SME Competitiveness through ASEAN Business Incubator Network – ABINet”

Twenty enthusiastic startup teams have pitched their business concepts during the Technical Business Incubation for Food Product Development (Bi4FPD) evaluated by Dr. Kuok Fidero as the Project Manager, Prof. Michael Angelo B. Promentilla, and other distinguished judges.

In accordance with the workshop and business pitching competition, Dr. Kuok Fidero also presented Bi4FPD progress and its ecosystem in the two-day workshop titled “Promoting SMEs Competitiveness and Strengthening of TBIs through Capacity Building and Regional Networking and Linkages among the Incubators in the ASEAN Region” along with other TBIs across ASEAN Region.

Hopefully through the initiatives made, Small to Medium Enterprises Competitiveness in ASEAN could be accelerated along with the contribution of ASEAN Youth.
